About me
I am a certified personal trainer, nutritional coach, and specialist in corrective exercise, passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies and in their daily lives, for over 4 years now.
My goal is not perfection — it’s lasting, realistic change, tailored to your reality.
Every journey is unique. Yours deserves to be respected.
I’m also a mother of three grown children, and I’m over 50 years old. For a long time, I felt constantly exhausted. I knew I wanted to be a stronger, healthier version of myself, not only for me, but for my children.
After a year of reflection, I decided to return to one of my first passions: fitness.
I went back to school, earned my certifications, and began building an approach focused on sustainable health, not extremes. I know I’m not alone. Many women and men are:
