Let me introduce myself. I am a mother of 3 grown children. I am over 45 years old and I was tired of being exhausted all the time. I wanted to give my children a better, stronger and healthier mum!
After a year of soul searching, I decided it was time for me to return to one of my first loves! Fitness! I decided to go back to school and got my personal trainer certification. I know for a fact that many women and men are in the same situation as me. Aging in poor physical condition, being extremely busy, tired, feeling physically weak and having difficulties with nutrition. I am here to help you!
