This is my personal training! This program is a full body workout!

 

In this program, you will my full routine, which I do 4 times a week. It is a full body program. This program is ideal if you don't like split program, and want one formula for your full body. I usually change my personal program every 6 weeks or so, in order to progress or to meet my goals!
