Phase 1 Full Body Program

Phase 1 is all about acquiring the foundation of a good fitness training. In this phase 1, you do not need any equipement. This program is a full body workout! All you need is a quiet place to do the exercises.

 

This plan is a four weeks plan. It is a total body workout that can be done at home or in your office. Phase 1 do not require any fitness equipment. If you want to get back in shape safely, don't like to go to the gym, this program is for you! This program will also explain some fitness foundation, which are important to understand, so you can safely start your fitness journey!

 

  •  Understanding the importance of the warm-up
  •  Building up your endurance
  •  Increasing your range of motion. (ROM)
  •  Understanding the importance of the cooldown
  •  Undesrtanding the importance of physcial recovery
