Phase 3 is all about acquiring the foundation of a good fitness training, and increase your strength! This program is a full body workout!
For this workout plan, you will need a set of dumbbells. This plan is a four weeks plan. It is a total body workout that can be done at home. If you want to get back in shape safely, don't like to go to the gym, this program is for you! This program will also explain some fitness foundation, which are important to understand, so you can safely start your fitness journey!
